APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
HARBOR POINT - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Iloffmann, Polzin
E Assoc., Hay 1, 1978, for Benchmark Development Company, for
a 121 lot subdivision known as Harbor Point in the Town of
Norway was submitted to the Plan Commissi.on for approval, and
WHEREAS Racine County approved that preliminary plat suh-
ject to certain conditions and requested a revised plat be
submitted, and
WHEREAS a revised preliminary plat dated July 13, 1978
0 has been submitted for approval and complies with the conditions
set forth by Racine County.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for
Harbor Point in the Town of Norway,. and recommends approval to
the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
