WHEREAS a revised sketch has been submitted by Ronald
Miller. for a 38 Lot Subdivision of the Vesbach Property to
be known as Lannon Kstates, in the b!\l 1/11 of Section 15, and
WIIEREAS the revision includes the increase of the riEht-
of-way of Woods Road to 100' as recornmended by the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
and has recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
of Muslte80 does hereby approve the revised sketch for
