APPROVAL OF LOT LINE REVISION
KRISTIN DOMN
WHEREAS Richard Hamann, W179 S7859 Kristin Court, and
Donald Winters, F1179 S7865 Kristin Court, have requested a
realignment of the lot li.ne between their properties in the
Kristin Down planned unit development, and
WHEREAS the realignment proposed would be a better
division of the two properties, and
WHEREAS the realignment is mutually agreeable to both
parties involved.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the relocation of the lot
line between lots 30 and 31 in the Kristin Down planned unit
development.
