PCR1978101RESOLUTION #P.C. 101-78 As Amended RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE LEGAL STATUS ELMER TINTI WHEREAS Elmer Tinti has submitted a petition requesting legal status for Lots 2 and 3, Block 1 in the Meadowdale Subdivision, and WHEREAS this is an RS-2 (OLR) District which requires 20,000 sq. ft. and 110' average width, and WHEREAS Lot 2 has 21,400 sq. ft. and 100' average width, and Lot 3 has 20,029 sq. ft. and 97.5' average width, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee have reviewed this request and have recommended approval. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the request of Elmer Tinti for legal status for Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, in the Meadowdale Subdivision, be approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the lots be redivided in such a way as to have both lots front on Briargate Lane. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that both accesses shall be from Briargate Lane.
