RECOMMENDATION TO RENEW EXTRACTIVE PERMIT
STATE SAND E GRAVEL
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
received a petition for renewal. of Conditional Use Grant 1137
held by State Sand E Gravel and Payne E, Dolan of Wisconsin
for an extractive permit which expired July 2, 1976, and
WIIEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS a restoration bond in the amount of $100,000 is
on file in the City Clerk's office.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council 0 renewal of Conditional Use Grant 1137 held by State Sand E.
Gravel and Payne E Dolan of Wi.sconsin for an extractive permit
for the period from ,July 2, 1970 to (July 2, 1979.
