APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT
HOLIDAY PARK, INC.
WIIEREAS a revised preliminary plat prepared by Hoffmann,
Polzin, E Assoc., June 20, 1978, for Holiday Park, a subdivision
in the NW 1/4 of Section 10, has been submitted to the Plan
Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS the original preliminary plat was denied by the Plan
Commission on December 6, 1977 in Resolution f/P. C. 189-77, and
WHEREAS a concept sketch for Holiday Park, Inc. and Leslie C.
Abel was submitted and deferred on May 16, 1978 in Resolution
#P. C. 60-78 pending litigation, and
WHEREAS such litigation has been resolved, and
WEREAS the revised preliminary plat substantially meets
the conditions set forth in Resolution bP. C. 60-78.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised preliminary plat
for Holiday Park in the NW 1/4 of Section 10.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports and recommendations from all objecting and
approving agencies.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any action taken by the Plan
Cornmission in no way intends to usurp the Common Council's
authority to determine use of the Cj.ty's sewer facilities.
