APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS

MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS Terry Buss has submitted building, site and oper-
ational plans, prepared by P.P..C;. Ruilders, Inc., LJune 17, 1978,
for a 15,000 sq. ft. building to be constructed now, with future
buildings shown, on Lot 7, Block 2 (S81 W18510 Gemini) in the
Muskego Dusiness/Industrial Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RllSOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site, opera-
tional plans for a building to be constructed for Terry Buss
e on Lot 7, Block 2 in the Muskeco Business/Industrial Park.
BE: IT FURTHER RESOLVED that landscaping plans shall be
submitted to the Plan Commission for approval, alonp, with a re-
vised plan for a more decorative treatment far that portion of
the buildings facing Racine Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the parking along Racine Avenue
in the 50' setback be used for visitor parking only.
