WHEREAS a sketch prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin, Decker
E. Assoc., Inc. for the development of the.Haro1d DeRack
property in the SE 1/4 of Section 32, has been submitted to
the Plan Commission for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby acknowledge receipt of a
Concept Development Plan for the Harold DeBack property in
the SE 1/4 of Section 32, and refers same to Planning ton-
sultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
