APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
SOUTH WIND OAKS - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary pl.at prepared by John F. Degen,
land surveyor, May 9, 1978, for South Wind Oaks, a 19 lot
subdivision in the Town of Norway, has been submitted to the
Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskeco's
extra-territorial jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
\ City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for
South Wind Oaks in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of favorable reports from all objecting and approving
agencies, and Planning Consultant Mangiamele.
