RECOMMENDING ZONING MAP AMENCMEMT

WHEREAS David Cunningham, Wisconsin Emporj.urn Company, has
filed a petition requesting that the property at the northwest
corner of Racine Avenue and Highway 24 in the SE 1/4 of Section
8 be rezoned from B-2 to RS-2, and
WHEREAS on February 1, 1977 in Resolution BP. C. 17-77, the
Plan Commission approved a preliminary plat for the Wildflower
Development which shows this area as 0,Jtlot 6 to be developed in
the future, and
0
WHEREAS the surrounding area is zoned RS-2, and
WHEREAS Plannine Consultant Mangiamele has recommended that
this property be rezoned from B-2 to RS-2 and be developed as
part of the approved planned unit development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
the Zoning Map be amended to change the zoninE on the northwest
corner of Racine Avenue and Highway 24 in the SF. 1/4 of .Section 8
from €3-2 to RS-2.
