PCR1978093RESOLUTION #P. C. 93-78 RECOMMENDATION TO DENY LEGAL STATUS ROBERT A. HANSEN WHEREAS Robert A. Hansen, S70 \I17479 Muskego Drive, has submitted a petition requesting legal status for lots with tax key numbers 2176.165, 2176.166 and 2176.167, Muskego Shores Subdivision, and WHEREAS Mr. Hansen's existing home is on Lot 2176.166, and WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 20,000 sq. ft. in area and 110' average width, and WHEREAS the combined lots have 310' width and 63' average depth for a total of 19,621 sq. ft., and WHEREAS previous requests for legal status have been denied in this subdivision to alleviate increased density and overcrowdine, and, WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee have reviewed this request and have recommended denial. THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Fuskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the request of Robert A.
