RECO!+!MEMDATION TO DENY LEGAL STATUS
STJEPAN PERIC
WHEREAS Stjepan Peric, 841 South 97 St., West Allis, has
submitted a petition requesting legal status for Lot 18 in
Krogman's 1st Addition, and
WHEREAS Mr. Peric is the owner of portions of adjacent
lots 17 and 33, with a dwelling on lot 1.7, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District which requires 75l
average width, and
WHEREAS Lot 18 has 50' averafie width, and
WHEREAS the character of the existing lots and the buildinl: 0
development in the immediate area would be incompatible and would
decrease the existing value of the properti.es in the area, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer
Lee have reviewed this request and have recommended denial.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
the request of Stje.pan Peric for legal status of Lot 18 in
Krogman's 1st Addition be denied.
