RECOMMENDATION TO DENY LEGAL STATUS
JAMES VAN SKYHOCK
WHEREAS James Van Skyhock, S64 W18807 School Drive, has
submitted a petition requesting legal status of Lot 28 in Mill
Valley Heights (unrecorded), and
WHEREAS Nr. Van Skyhock is the owner of adjacent lots 29
and 30, with his existing home on both lots, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District which requires 75'
average width, and
WEREAS Lot 28 has 60' average width, and
WHEREAS the existing home is so located as to prevent a
0 proper redivision by granting a legal lot status to lot 28, and
WtiCREAS it would be in the City's best interest to redivide
Lots 28, 29 and 30 which could conform to the zoning requirements
of the district, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer
Lee have reviewed this request and have recommended denial.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
the request of James Van Skyhock for leg,al. status of Lot 28 in
Mill Valley Heights (unrecorded) be denied.
