APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
OAKS OF NOPWAY, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a fin21 plat for Oaks of Norway, a 63 lot sub-
division in the Town of Norway, prepared by Thomas Inrnan,
land surveyor, May 29, 1978, has been submitted to the Plan
Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat was approved in Resolution
#P. C. 66-78 on May 16, 1978, and
WHEREAS Zoning Officer Lee has reviewed the final plat
and has determined that i.t i.s in conformance with the approved
preliminary plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Oaks
of Norway, subject to the conditions set forth by Racine County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of favorable reports from all objecting and approving
agencies.
