REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
REQUEST FOR LEGAL LOT STATUS
ELMER TINT1
WHEREAS a petition requestinp; legal lot status of
Lots 2 and 3, Block 1 in the Meadowdale Subdivision has
been submitted to the Common Council by Elmer Tinti, and
NHEREAS the Common Council has referred this petition
to the Plan Commission for review.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition for legal
lot status of Lots 2 and 3, Block 1 in the Meadowdale Subdi-
vision to Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer
Lee for review and recommendation.
