RECOMMENDING ZONING HAP AMENDMENT
ELEANOR BUEHLER
WHEREAS El.eanor Buehler has filed a petition requestinp,
that her property at W185 S6624-26 Diamond Drive be rezoned
from RS-3 (OED) to RS-3 (OD) to permit the existin? duplex to
become a conforming use, and
WHEREAS Ordinance #331 was approved by the Common Council
on July 26, 1977 to create an O.D. District (Duplex) and
regulations therefor in the City Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer
0 Lee have reviewed the rezoning request and have recommended
approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that the Zoning Map be amended to provide for an O.D. overlay
for the Eleanor Buehler property located at W185 S6624-26
Diamond Drive.
