APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE, OPERATIONAL AND LANDSCAPING PLANS
MUSKEGO BUSINESS/IMDUSTRIAL PARK
KENNETH H. RIGGS
WHEREAS Kenneth H: Rj.ggs has submitted building, site,
operational and landscaping plans for a 50' x 81.5' building
to be constructed on Lot 10, Block 5 (S81 W19150 Apollo Drive),
in the Muskego UusinesslLndustrial Park, and
WHEREAS Planni.ng Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the
plans and has recommended approval.
TIIEREFORE HE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Puskego does hereby approve the building, site, opera-
tional and landscaping plans for a 50' x 81.5' building to be
constructed for Kenneth H. Rigcs on Lot 10, Block 5 in the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the condition that the drive and parking areas be entirely
paved with bituminous or cement concrete.
