APPROVAL OF SECOND GL.RAGE STRUCTURE
RALPH STUMPF
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Ralph Stumpf,
W150 S6559 Spring Lane, to permit construction of a 16' x
22', unattached, second garage structure to be used as a
storage shed, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such carage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property va1.ue or reason-
able enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-1
District.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Architectural Control
Board (Plan Commission) does hereby approve the request of
Ralph Stumpf for a 16' x 22', unattached, second garage structure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of this
second garage shall be compatible with the existing buildings on
the lot.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the existinp, 10' x 15' shed on
the property shall be removed.
