REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
PRELIMINARY PLAT
HARBOR POINT, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin
6r Assoc., May 1, 1978, for Benchmark Development Company, for
a 121 lot subdivision known as Harbor Point in the Town of
Norway, has been submitted to the Plan Commission for approval,
and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the preliminary plat for this
proposed Harbor Point Subdivision in the Town of Norway to
Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
