REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
REQUEST FOR REZONING
DAVID CUNNINGHAM
WHEREAS a petition for zoning change was submitted to
the Common Council by David Cunningham, Wisconsin Emporium
Company, to amend the districting map to rezone a 10 acre
parcel in the southeast portion of the proposed Wildflower
development from B-2 to RS-2, and
WHEREAS the Common Council has referred this petition
0 to the Plan Cormnission for review.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition for rezoning
of a 10 acre parcel in the southeast portion of the proposed
Wildflower development from B-2 to RS-2 to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recomendation.
