REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
REQUEST FOR LEGAL LOT STATUS
ROBERT A. HANSEN
WHEREAS a petition requesting legal lot status of the
Robert A. Hansen property on Muskego Drive in the Muskego
Shores Subdivision, with tax key numbers of 2176.165, 2176 166
and 2176.167, was submitted to the Common Council, and
WHEREAS the Common Council has referred this petition
to the Plan Commission for review.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition for legal
lot status of the Robert A. Hansen property on Muskego Drive
in the Muskego Shores Subdivision to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for review and recommendation.
