REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
REQUEST FOR LEGAL LOT STATUS
STJEPAN PERIC
WHEREAS a petition requesting legal lot status of
Lot 18 in Krogman's 1st Addition Subdivision was submitted
to the Common Council by Stjepan Peric, and
WHEREAS the Common Council has referred this petition
to the Plan Commission for review.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
0 the City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition for legal
lot status of Lot 18 in Krogman's 1st Addition to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for review and
recomendation.
