REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
REQUEST FOR LEGAL LOT STATUS
JAMES VAN SKYHOCK
WHEREAS a petition requesting legal lot status of Lot
28 in Mill Valley Heights (unrecorded) was submitted to the
Common Council by James Van Skyhock, and
WHEREAS the Common Council has referred this petition
to the Plan Commission for review.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of
the City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition for legal
lot status of Lot 28 in Mill Valley Heighrs (unrecorded) to
Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for
review and recommendation.
