APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN
SURINAK ENGR. & MFG., INC.
WHEREAS Surinak Engr. & Mfg., Inc. has requested approval
to erect a 4' x 4' temporary sign offering manufacturing or
warehouse space for lease in the Muskego Business/Industrial
Park, and
WHEREAS the sign is non-illuminated, painted white with
red and black lettering, post mounted, and to be located on
the Surinak property at S82 W19246 Apollo Drive in the Muskego
BusinessJIndustrial Park, on the strip of land between Surinak's
lot line and the visitor's parking area, and
WHEREAS temporary signs may be permitted up to a period
of one year.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a 4' x 4' temporary sign to
advertise space for lease for the Surinak Engr. & Mfg. Company
at S82 W19246 Apollo Drive, for a period of one year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the location of the sign shall
meet the setback as required by the Zoning Ordinance.
