APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT
VALLEY SOUARE

WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Thomas D. Inman,
Square, a IO lot subdivision proposed in the SW 1/4 of Section 9
has been submitted to the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS the lot s

WHEREAS Ann Drive has a right-of-way of 50'.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised preliminary plat
for Valley Square, subject to the condition that the land be
rezoned to RS-2, and that Public Works approves the 50' right-of-
way of Ann Drive.
i BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports and recommendations f rom all objecting and
app rovi ng agencies.
0 Commission in no way intends to usurp the Common Council's
authority to determine use of the City's sewer facilities.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any action taken by the Plan
