APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
GEORGE GROND
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by George Grond,
S76 W20313 Sunnyhill Drive, to permit construction of a 12' x
18', unattached, second garage structure to be used as a
storage shed, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-1 (OED)
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Architectural Control
Board (Plan Commission) does hereby approve the request of
George Grond for a 12' x 18', unattached, second garage structure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing buildings
on the lot.
