APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
AMERICAN EAGLE SUBDIVISION - TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Kit Kuokkanen,
land surveyor, with revision date of May 5, 1978, for American
Eagle Subdivision, a 30 lot subdivision in the Town of Water-
ford, has been submitted to the Plan Comission for approval, and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for
American Eagle Subdivision in the Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports and recommendations from all objecting and
approving agencies.
