APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
WEST VIEW SUBDIVISION - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Leo Russell
Schuster, land surveyor, January 14, 1978, for West View Sub-
division, a 5 lot subdivision in the Town of Norway, has been
submitted to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for
West View Subdivision subject to review of the Town of Norway's
policy regarding the right-of-way on the east lot line of
Lot 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports and recommendations from all objecting and
approving agencies.
