APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE FOR ED BUCK
(Construction of Dwelling with Mother-in-law Unit)
WHEREAS Ed Buck has submitted a petition for a conditional
use grant to permit construction of a two-story dwelling plus a
mother-in-law unit at S66 W18512 Jewel Crest Drive in the Jewel
Crest Subdivision, and
WHEREAS the request meets the requirements of Section 8.01
(7) C. 10 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS the existing dwelling on the property will be
removed, and
WHEREAS the Plan Comission has held the necessary public
0 hearing to consider the petition, and
WHEREAS the plans submitted indicate that the architectural
character of the proposed structure will be dominately single
family in appearance, the mother-in-law unit will not exceed
800 sq. ft. of floor area, and the unit will be occupied by persons
who are related to persons in the dwelling by blood, marriage or
adopt ion.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby grant the request of Ed Buck for a condi-
tional use to permit construction of a dwelling which would include
a mother-in-law unit, at S66 W18512 Jewel Crest Drive in accordance
with Section 8.01 (7) C. 10 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance.
