APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
OAKS OF NORWAY - TOWN OF NORWAY
WEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Thomas D. Inman,
land surveyor, for Oaks of Norway subdivision in the Town of
Norway, was denied by the Plan Commission in Resolution #P. C.
50-78 on May 2, 1978, and
WHEREAS the developer has submitted a revised preliminary
plat, and
WHEREAS the Common Council has referred this revised plat
back to the Plan Commission for review, and
WHEREAS the developer has submitted a report as to the
affect on the school system, and
WIIEREAS the Racine County Director of Planning has no objec-
tions to the revised plat, and
WHEREAS future accesses have been provided.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the revised preliminary plat for
the Oaks of Norway subdivision in the Town of Norway.
