REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
TOWN OF WATERFORD
PRELIMINARY PLAT - AMERICAN EAGLE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Kit Kuokkanen, land
surveyor, September 14, 1977 with revision date of May 5, 1978,
for American Eagle Subdivision, a 30 lot subdivision in the
Town of Waterford, has been submitted to the Plan Commission
for approval, and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the preliminary plat for this
proposed American Eagle Subdivision in the Town of Waterford to
Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
