REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
ZONING MAP AMENDMENT REQUEST - ELEANOR BUEHLER
WHEREAS Eleanor Buehler has filed a petition requesting
that her property located on Lots 1 and 2, Block 15 in the
Jewel Crest Subdivision, known as W185 S6624-26 Diamond Drive,
be rezoned from RS-3 (OED) to RS-3 (OD) to permit the existing
duplex to become a conforming use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition for rezoning of
the Eleanor Buehler property to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
and Zoning Officer Lee for review and recommendation.
