APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
LAKE BRITTANY ESTATES ADDN. NO. 1
WHEREAS a preliminary plat for Lake Brittany Estates
Addn. No. 1, a 24 lot addition to Lake Brittany Estates, pre-
pared by Stanley J. Potrykus, March 20, 1978, has been sub-
mitted for approval, and
WHEREAS this plat covers the area indicated as Outlot 2
of Lake Brittany Estates, and
WHEREAS the original approval was for a total of 144 units,
of which 76 were approved for Lake Brittany Estates.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for
Lake Brittany Estates Adan. No. 1, subject to review of the soil
borings by the city engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports and recommendations from all objecting and
approving agencies.
