APPROVAL OF CONCEPT SKETCH
HOLIDAY PARK, INC. AND LESLIE C. ABEL
WHEREAS a sketch for a proposed 35 lot subdivision of
the Holiday Park, Inc. and Leslie C. Abel properties in the
NW 1/4 of Section 10, has been submitted by Hoffmann, Polzin
E Assoc., dated Apri.l 18, 1978, and
submittal of the preliminary plat:
WHEREAS the following conditions shall be met before

A 25' drainage easement along the west property
The proposed parkway will require a dedication of 80'.
lines shall be provided.
The location of the parkway shall be changed so there
is no drastic turning point.
The question of how the multiple family area will be
developed shall be resolved.
Some of the lots shown on the Abel property are in
B-4 zoning, and would require a change to RS-2.
A satisfactory storm drainage system shall be approved
by the City.
No more than 25% of any lot shall be included in the
detention pond.
A temporary cul de sac shall be required at the north

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the concept sketch submitted
for the development of the Holiday Park, Inc. and Leslie C. Abel
properties subject to the conditions set forth.above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any action taken by the Plan
authority to determine use of the City's sewer facilities.
