APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
BUTCHER-DeBELAK
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman,
land surveyor, dated April 11, 1978, has been submitted to
finalize a one parcel division of the Ada C. Butcher and John
DeBelak property in the Tess Corners Industrial Park in the
northeast 1/4 of Section 2, and
WHEREAS -this is an I-1.district which requires 40,000 sq.
ft, with . 350.' "." ~~ .minimum .. width, .and the .proposed parcel ,more .than..
meets these requirements.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the certified survey map for a 2.325 acre
division of the Butcher/DeBelak property in the Tess Corners
Industrial Park,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
