REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
SKETCH OF PROPOSED NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN
FERGUSON/KASTELLO
WHEREAS a sketch of a proposed neighborhood plan has
been submitted for the development of the Roger Kastello and
Thomas Ferguson properties in the northeast 1/4 of Section 5.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the sketch of a proposed
neighborhood plan of the Ferguson/Kastello properties to
Planning Consultant Maneiamele for review a.nd recommendation.
