APPROVAL Or BUILDING, SITE, OPERATIONAL AND LANDSCAPING PLANS
JOHN AND BERNHARD SCHREIB
MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS John E Bernhard Schreib have submitted building,
site, operational and landscaping plans, prepared by Lehrmann
Moesch Const., Inc., April 17, 1978, for a 13,800 sq. ft. building
to be used for the purpose of renting to manufacturing companies,
to be constructed on Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 1 (S80 W18894 Apollo
Drive) in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoninp Officer
Lee have reviewed the plans and have recommended approval.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site, operational
and landscaping plans for a building to be constructed for John
and Bernhard Schreib on Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 1 in the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park.
