ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
LAKE BRITTANY ESTATES ADDN. NO. 1
WHEREAS a preliminary plat for a 24 lot addition to Lake
Brittany Estates, a planned unit development, to be known as
Lake Brittany Estates Addn. No. 1, prepared by Stanley J.
Potrykus, land surveyor, March 20, 1978, has been submitted
to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 3.2 of the Land Divi-
sion Ordinance, the preliminary plat has been referred to the
objecting agencies and to all affected city boards, commissions
and departments for their review and recommendation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission does
hereby acknowledge receipt of the preliminary plat for Lake
Brittany Estates Addn. No. 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will not
take action until the reports and recommendations from the
objecting agencies and affected city boards, commissions and
departments have been received.
