APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
MUSKEG0 BUSINCSS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
JAMES F. LUTERBACH
WHEREAS the City has accepted an offer of $43,200.00
from James F. Luterbach to purchase a parcel of land in the
City's Industrial Park, for a building to be used as a multi-
rental facility for manufacturing companies, and
WHEREAS Ruekert E Mielke, Inc. has prepared a certified
survey map dated April 20, 1978, to finalize the division of
the parcel indicated as Lots 1 E, 2, Block 5 on the Muskego
Industrial Park Development Plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommend approval to
the Common Council of the certified survey map for a 3.22 acre
division of the parcel indicated as Lots 1 E 2, Block 5 on the
Muskego Industrial Park Development Plan.
