APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
LEONARD SHERPER
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman,
land surveyor, February 20, 1978, with revision date of April 18,
1978, has been submitted to finalize a four parcel division of
the Lionel B. Sherper property near the corner of Gold Drive and
College Avenue in the NW 1/4 of Section 4, and
WHEREAS in Resolution #P. C. 46-77 the Plan Commission
indicated that it would be receptive to a three parcel division
on the south side of the proposed street, and
WHEREAS the recommendations of the City Engineer in their
letter of March 6, 1978 have been included in this revised certi-
fied survey map.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map for
this four parcel division of the Lionel B. Sherper property in
the NW 1/4 of Section 4.
