APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
JOHK ASCEENBRENNER
WHEREAS a request has teen submitted by John Aschenbrenner,
1.1126 S8557 North Cape Road, to permit construction of a 30' x
32', unattached, second garage structure to be used as a storage
shed, and
WHEREAS the building does not conform to the building code
for residential garage structures, unless a one hour fire wall
is constructed within the building 1imitinE the garage area to
720 sq. ft. 0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of John kchen-
brenner to construct a 30' x 32', unattached, second garage^
structure to be used as a storage shed. -,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
condition that all other facilities for storage be removed, and
all outside storage be eliminated.
