DENIAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
OAKS OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Thomas D. Inman,
land surveyor, December 13, 1977, with revision date of
April 10, 1978, for Oaks of Norway subdivision in the Town of
Norway, has been submitted to the Plan Commission for approval,
and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction, and
0 WHEREAS the Racine County Director of Planning has objec-
tions to the plat, and
WHEREAS there is concern as to the affect on the school
system, and
WHEREAS there is only one access point to this subdivision.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission of the
City of Muskego does hereby disapprove the preliminary plat for
Oaks of Norway Subdivision in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommends
to the Common Council that the preliminary plat for Oaks of
Norway be disapproved.
