APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN
DAIRY QUEEN
WHEREAS Dairy Queen has requested approval to erect a
4' x 6' temporary sign to introduce the Dairy Queen store, and
WHEREAS the sign is proposed to be located in front of
the building on Highway 24, and
WHEREAS temporary signs nay be permitted up to a period
of one year.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Dairy Queen
to erect a 4' x 6' temporary sign to introduce the Dairy Queen
store, for a period of 60 days.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the location of the sign shall
meet the setback as required by the Zoning Ordinance.
