APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
AUDREY M. OSCHMANN (AUD-MAR SUPPER CLUB)
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Stanley J.
Potrykus, land surveyor, April 17, 1978, has been submitted to
finalize a one parcel division of the Audrey M. Oschmann
property (Aud-Mar Supper Club) located at W156 57901 Ladwig
Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 15, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution #P. C. 31-78 adopted March 21, 1978.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
for this one parcel division of the Audrey M. Oschmann property
on Ladwig Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 15.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the receipt of a proper easement to provide access to the property
from Ladwig Drive.
