WHEREAS Surinak Engr. E Mfg., Inc. has submitted building,
site, operational and landscaping plans, prepared by Thomas S.
Villa, Cons. Engr., April 11, 1978, for a 29,952 sq. ft. plant
to be constructed on Lots 6, 7, 8 E 9, Block 5, (S82 W19246
Apollo Drive) in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site, opera-
tional and landscaping plans for a plant to be constructed for
Surinak Engr. E Pfg., Inc. on Lots 6, 7, 8 E 9, Block 5 in the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
condition that the drive and parking areas be entirely paved
with bituminous or cement concrete.
