PCR1978045RESOLUTION #P. c. 45-78 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT SANDY KNOLL WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Roger W. Johnson, surveyor, April 12, 1978, has been submitted for a proposed development consisting of 29 lots with a minimum lot size of 15,000 sq. ft. in area, to be known as Sandy Knoll, located in the SE quarter of Section 2, and WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved a sketch for this subdivision in Resolution HP. C. 161-77 (As Amended) adopted October 18, 1977, and WHEREAS the condition placed on that approval that an outlot be created to be included as a pedestrian walkway to the adjacent school has been met. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for the Sandy Knoll Subdivision subject to favorable reports and recommendations from the objecting agencies and affected city boards, commissions and departments. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any action taken by the Plan Commission in no way intends to usurp the Common Council's authority to determine use of the city's sewer facilities.
