APPROVAL OF SIGN
RICHARD M. ONDRICKA, D. C .
WtiEREAS the Plan Commission approved a request from
Glen G. Riess, O.D. on August 16, 1977, to erect a four foot
wide by two foot high sign on a twelve foot 4 x 4 post adjacent
to an existing utility pole on his property at S75 W17475
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS this is a professional identification sign, non-
illuminated and set back from the highway 42 feet, and
WHEREAS Richard M. Ondricka, D.C. has requested approval
of a four foot wide by two foot hich sign to be installed under
Dr. Riess’s sign, and which will be of the same design and col.or.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sign for Richard M.
Ondricka, D.C., at S75 W17475 Janesville Road.
