REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
OAKS OF NORWAY - TOWN OF MORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Inman Engineering
of Milwaukee, Inc., December 13, 1977 with revision date of
April 10, 1978, for Oaks of Norway in the Town of Norway, has
been submitted to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the preliminary plat for this
proposed Oaks of Norway Subdivision in the Town of Norway to
Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
