APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN
GUERNSEY MEADOWS ADDN. NO. 1
WHEREAS Rite Realty Corp. has requested approval to erect
an 8' x 8' temporary sign to introduce Guernsey Meadows Addn.
No. 1 subdivision, and
WHEREAS the sign is proposed to be located on Lot 90 at
the intersection of Highway 24 and Lakes Parkway, and
WHEREAS temporary signs may be permitted up to a period of
one year.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a 4' x 8' - temporary sign to
introduce Guernsey Meadows Addn. No. 1 for a period of one year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the location of the sign shall
meet the setbacks as required by the Zoning Ordinance.
