APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF SIGN
PIZZA nw-
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the building, site
and operational plans for Pizza Hut, S73 W36730 Janesville Road,
in Resolution #P. C. 131-77, adopted September 6, 1977, and
WHEREAS the free-standing sign as shown on the site plan
was not approved, and
WHEREAS plans have now been submitted for a 7' 1" x 6' 2"
free standinpz, internally illuminated, identification sign on a
12' pole with an overall height of 18' 1" to be located as shown
on the site plan. 0 THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby, upon recommendation of the Architec
tural Sub-committee,
Pizza Hut for a 7' 1" x 6' 2" free standing, internally illuminated,
